Armada is seeking a Senior Customer Engineer based in the UAE to lead technical pre-sales for National Oil Company (NOC) accounts across the Middle East. This is a fully remote role focused on edge compute and sovereign AI solutions for the energy sector.
The role involves owning the technical relationship with NOC customers, designing integrated edge architectures, and supporting bid/RFP responses. The engineer will partner with account teams to translate operational challenges into solutions using Armada’s platforms and partner ecosystem technologies like Microsoft Azure and NVIDIA. Success requires domain expertise in oil and gas and the ability to travel across the Middle East.
