As a senior individual contributor, you will design and execute advanced sourcing strategies, partnering with TA leaders and hiring managers. You will leverage market intelligence and sourcing data to map talent pools, champion inclusive hiring practices, and engage passive candidates across Engineering, Product, and executive searches.

What You’ll Bring

6+ Years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience, with significant experience in high-growth or highly technical environments
Demonstrated success sourcing across multiple functions, including highly technical Engineering and Product talent
Advanced expertise in sourcing techniques, talent research, market mapping, and competitive intelligence
Ability to quickly understand complex or ambiguous roles and independently translate them into sophisticated sourcing strategies
Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to use sourcing data and market intelligence to influence search strategies
