Join Tailscale as a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to drive recruiting strategies and execution for the global Go-to-Market (GTM) team. This Canada-based remote role involves owning full-cycle recruiting for high-priority sales searches and acting as a strategic advisor to leadership.

In this individual contributor role, you will partner closely with Talent Acquisition and GTM leadership to scale Tailscale's commercial teams. You will utilize recruiting data and market intelligence to identify pipeline trends, advise on talent availability, and streamline the hiring process across complex sales segments. The position focuses heavily on maintaining a high quality bar and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What You’ll Bring

8+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant GTM recruiting within high-growth SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or tech
Deep experience recruiting Sales talent across levels, segments, and geographies
Strong understanding of SaaS sales organizations and GTM motions including SMB, Enterprise, and Strategic sales
Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor to influence recruiting decisions
Strong business acumen and analytical skills, with comfort using recruiting data and market intelligence to shape hiring strategies
