Tailscale is looking for a senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer based in the United States to design and execute advanced sourcing strategies for highly technical and specialized roles.

In this role, you will partner with TA partners and hiring managers across Engineering, Product, and executive teams to build pipelines of exceptional passive talent. You will use market intelligence, data analytics, and inclusive sourcing frameworks to elevate recruitment practices across the fully distributed organization.

What You’ll Bring

At least 6 years of talent sourcing and/or recruiting experience, with significant experience in high-growth or highly technical environments
Demonstrated success sourcing across multiple business functions, including highly technical Engineering and Product roles
Advanced expertise in sourcing techniques, talent research, market mapping, and competitive intelligence
Proven ability to partner with and influence Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and senior leaders
Strong analytical skills with the ability to use pipeline data and market intelligence to guide search strategies
