Tailscale is looking for a Lead Talent Acquisition Partner to drive full-cycle recruiting for their global Go-to-Market (GTM) organization. This fully remote role is open to US-based candidates and offers a competitive salary package with equity.

The successful candidate will own complex GTM recruiting execution, focusing heavily on scaling Sales and other commercial teams. In this role, you will act as a Go-to-Market Talent Subject Matter Expert, utilizing recruiting data and market intelligence to advise and influence GTM leadership on headcount planning, hiring strategies, and candidate profiles.

What You’ll Bring

8+ Years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant GTM recruiting experience within high-growth SaaS, cloud, infrastructure, or technology companies
Deep experience recruiting Sales talent across levels, segments, and geographies, with broader exposure to commercial functions like Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, Partnerships, Marketing, or Revenue Operations
Strong understanding of SaaS sales organizations and GTM motions including SMB, Mid-Market, Enterprise, Strategic, Channel, and international sales
Proven ability to partner with senior business leaders as a trusted advisor to influence decisions, challenge assumptions, and maintain accountability
Strong business acumen and analytical skills with the ability to use recruiting data and market intelligence to diagnose challenges and shape strategies
