Tailscale is hiring a Senior Talent Acquisition Operations Partner to build and scale their recruiting technology stack remotely from the United States. You will oversee Applicant Tracking Systems administration, analyze key recruiting metrics, and design scalable processes.

In this role, you will continuously optimize Tailscale's recruiting tools, focusing closely on platforms like Greenhouse and ModernLoop. Working alongside talent acquisition leadership and coordinators, you will maintain data integrity, build analytical dashboards, and lead cross-functional projects with People, Finance, IT, and Legal teams.

Strong analytical skills with comfort building dashboards and tracking metrics
