NICE is hiring a senior Sales Engineer for their Cognigy team to lead technical discovery, demos, and POCs for AI-driven customer service solutions within the USA.

As a Sales Engineer, you will serve as a bridge between technology and business value by conducting technical deep dives and designing proof-of-value for the Customer Service Automation portfolio. You will support the sales cycle through complex enterprise software demos, RFI/RFP responses, and competitive positioning of AI-first CX solutions.
