The Technical Enablement Manager will support Cognigy partners in building and delivering AI agents by providing technical training, workshops, and hands-on guidance. This is a fully remote role based in the USA.
In this role, you will act as a core technical resource for partners, helping them leverage the Cognigy platform effectively throughout sales cycles and customer implementations. You will collaborate with internal product and sales engineering teams to develop certification paths, deliver technical labs, and provide direct assistance with JavaScript development and API integrations. The position requires a developer mindset and a passion for coaching others to achieve independence in technical execution.
