Bloomreach is hiring a Senior Global Proposal Response Manager based in Canada to lead the end-to-end RFP lifecycle and optimize AI-driven proposal processes for their GTM Enablement team.

As the Global Proposal Response Manager, you will act as a process architect and strategic advisor, working across global teams to refine GTM proposal frameworks. You will leverage AI tools to generate high-quality responses while synthesizing proposal metrics and win/loss trends to influence company-wide product and commercial strategies.

What You’ll Bring

3–5+ Years of experience managing RFPs and RFIs within the Enterprise B2B SaaS space
Proven track record of handling multi-product solutions on an international scale
Demonstrated ability to build or transform workflows from scratch
Deep experience with AI-driven proposal tools
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without direct authority.
