In this role, you will define global proposal management standards, facilitate win/loss trend analysis, and collaborate with international GTM teams to craft compelling enterprise responses. You will act as a strategic advisor and process architect, leveraging AI to streamline workflows and improve proposal quality.

What You’ll Bring

3–5+ Years of experience managing RFPs, RFIs, and security questionnaires within the Enterprise B2B SaaS space
Proven experience building or transforming proposal workflows from scratch
Deep comfort working with AI-driven proposal tools
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders across diverse geographic locations
