Luxury Presence is seeking a Director of Launch Operations to design and scale the operational model and Launchpad platform for client onboarding and activation within the United States.
This highly visible role reports to the VP of GTM Strategy and Operations and sits at the intersection of operations and product management. You will set the vision and roadmap for Launchpad, the purpose-built platform managing onboarding, while leading a team of senior operators to scale activation capacity using AI-native workflows and Salesforce integrations.
