GitLab is hiring a Support Engineer for the AMER region to manage customer support cases, debug technical issues, and contribute to code. The role is fully remote for residents of Canada and the United States.

As a Support Engineer at GitLab, you will bridge the gap between customers and the Engineering department, troubleshooting complex environments and fixing bugs. You will work in an asynchronous, all-remote environment, participating in on-call rotations and collaborative pairing sessions. The role requires deep technical expertise in Linux and DevOps methodologies while providing high-quality support to self-managed and SaaS users.
