Primer.io is looking for a Support Engineering Manager to lead their distributed 24/7 Product Support team globally. This remote-first role focuses on technical leadership, incident management, and operational excellence.

As a Support Engineering Manager, you will co-own KPIs and processes while managing a team of Support Engineers across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. The role requires a hands-on approach to technical troubleshooting, API debugging, and incident response while partnering closely with Product and Engineering leadership to drive roadmap improvements. You will foster a low-ego, high-trust environment while maintaining strict consistency in support quality and team performance.

What You’ll Bring

5+ Years managing people in a 24/7 distributed support operation
