Tremendous is seeking a Founding Sales Development Representative to lead their outbound sales motion across Europe. This is a fully remote role requiring fluent English and French or German.
As a founding member of the European sales team, you will be responsible for building the outbound pipeline from scratch, primarily through high-volume cold calling. You will work closely with Account Executives and cross-functional teams to refine international market strategies while maintaining a high standard of prospect engagement and CRM management.
