Whitecircle is seeking an AI Research Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical roles in AI safety and machine learning from a remote location worldwide.
In this role, you will lead the full-cycle recruitment of research scientists, ML engineers, and infrastructure specialists. You will be responsible for sourcing top-tier talent from global AI research labs and academic communities while building structured processes to assess complex technical capabilities within a high-growth AI safety startup.
