The Senior Specialist, Employee Relations - EMEA, will manage end-to-end employee offboarding and provide first-level support for workplace concerns across international jurisdictions.
In this fully remote role, you will act as a subject-matter expert, guiding clients through complex terminations, resignations, and transfers while ensuring strict legal compliance. You will collaborate with internal teams including Legal, Payroll, and Customer Success to facilitate efficient transitions and maintain high standards of HR operations across the EMEA region.
