Whitecircle is looking for a GTM & Business Recruiter to lead full-cycle hiring for their operations teams across the US and Europe. This is a fully remote role focused on building international teams for an AI safety company.
As a GTM & Business Recruiter, you will define hiring strategies and build out sales, partnerships, and operations teams from the ground up. You will partner directly with company leadership to identify exceptional talent capable of operating in the fast-paced AI market. The role requires proactive sourcing and the development of structured interview processes to ensure high-quality, commercial-focused hiring.
