Scorewarrior is looking for a contract Recruitment Sourcer to support their talent acquisition across European and CIS markets in a fully remote role.
In this contract position, you will work closely with the recruitment team to identify and deliver qualified candidate profiles for technical and gaming roles. You will utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and other research tools to maintain pipelines, monitor market talent concentration, and develop sourcing plans based on output-based KPIs.
