Nucleus Network is hiring an AI Automation & Ops Lead in the Philippines to build and implement AI-powered workflows across its business. The role is fully remote but requires coordination across US time zones.

In this role, you will analyze manual processes across Nucleus Advisory, Ventures, and Community and transform them into automated, scalable solutions. You will configure native integrations, leverage LLMs, and build lightweight internal tools to optimize relationship management and improve CRM data enrichment.

What You’ll Bring

At least three years of relevant experience in automation, AI implementation, operations, product, business systems, software development, or a related field

Strong practical understanding of generative AI and large language models
Ability to connect applications using APIs, webhooks, native integrations, or automation platforms
Comfort using no-code and low-code platforms with enough technical fluency to use scripting or lightweight development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to work with required US time-zone overlap
