The Senior Director of Alliances will lead the strategic partnership motion across top-tier Global Systems Integrators in the EMEA region from a remote capacity.

This leadership role focuses on driving partner-impacted consumption, pipeline development, and executive alignment with Databricks' Platinum-tier partners in EMEA. The incumbent will manage a team of partner managers and collaborate closely with regional leadership to ensure GSI partners effectively support enterprise cloud, data, and AI initiatives.
