Bikeleasing is hiring a Senior Sales Operations Manager to optimize CRM processes and automation, fully remotely from within Germany.

This role involves shaping the sales organization through data-driven reporting, process standardization, and AI-supported technology implementation. You will work closely with leadership to develop forecasting models and improve conversion efficiency across the customer journey. The position requires a candidate capable of turning complex operational insights into sustainable, scalable improvements.

Excellent German language skills at C2 level

Good English language skills at minimum B2 level
