NICE is seeking a senior presales professional to drive enterprise-level AI agent sales across the DACH region, operating remotely from Germany.

As a key member of the DACH presales team, the Senior Sales Engineer will act as a trusted technical advisor, leading complex enterprise deals and shaping AI-driven customer service solutions. The role involves conducting technical deep dives, managing POCs, and representing NICE at industry events to maintain a strong market presence. Success in this position requires a balance of high-level technical expertise in AI technologies and strong business acumen to navigate complex stakeholder landscapes.
