Affirm is seeking an Operations Enablement Lead based in Canada to drive scalable, compliant, and high-quality servicing experiences within their operations organization.
In this role, you will define and execute servicing strategies by developing clear program roadmaps and execution plans across cross-functional initiatives. You will act as a bridge between strategy and day-to-day execution, translating complex operational needs into clear documentation, training, and knowledge resources for human and AI agents. The position requires a data-driven leader who can navigate regulated environments and scale operational capabilities in a fast-growing fintech company.
