As a Senior CRM Manager, you will build and scale multi-channel lifecycle programmes including SMS, WhatsApp, and in-app messaging to drive customer retention and upsell outcomes. You will lead experiment design and translate behavioural insights into repeatable frameworks across multiple high-growth markets. The role requires a hands-on strategist capable of moving beyond standard CRM playbooks to introduce innovative engagement mechanics.
