Reddit is hiring a Staff Site Reliability Engineer for their Ads team to lead reliability initiatives and infrastructure design, fully remote from the UK, the Netherlands, or Ireland.

As a Staff SRE within the Ads organization, you will provide technical leadership for critical reliability and scalability initiatives. You will work closely with engineering teams to shape Ads infrastructure, manage on-call rotations, and drive long-term systemic reliability improvements for high-traffic revenue-generating systems.

What You’ll Bring

8+ Years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering or Infrastructure Engineering
Strong experience supporting high traffic production environments
Deep understanding of distributed systems and cloud native architectures
Experience designing highly available systems
Strong understanding of observability systems including metrics, logging, tracing, and alerting
Good programming skills in Go, Python, or similar.
