Reddit is hiring a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to support their Ads organization, open to candidates based in the UK, the Netherlands, or Ireland.

As a Staff SRE within the Ads Reliability team, you will lead reliability initiatives, drive architecture reviews for critical revenue-generating systems, and mentor engineers. This role focuses on enhancing the scalability and operational excellence of Reddit’s advertising ecosystem, which powers ad-serving, auctions, and billing platforms.

What You’ll Bring

8+ Years of experience in SRE, Infrastructure Engineering, or related fields
Strong experience supporting high-traffic, user-facing production environments
Deep understanding of distributed systems, networking, Linux systems, and cloud-native architectures
Experience designing highly available systems with strong operational practices
Good programming skills in languages such as Go or Python
Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex issues across a modern distributed system stack.
