Reddit is seeking a Staff Site Reliability Engineer to provide technical leadership for their Ads organization, remote from the UK, Netherlands, or Ireland.
In this Staff SRE role, you will lead reliability initiatives for Reddit's advertising platform, including ad serving, auctions, and billing systems. You will drive architecture reviews, design scalable infrastructure, and mentor engineering teams while partnering closely with Ads Engineering leadership to improve operational excellence.
