Whitecircle is seeking a hands-on Talent Lead to build their hiring function from scratch and drive end-to-end recruitment globally. This is a fully remote role open to candidates worldwide.
In this role, you will personally source and hire candidates across all functions, including GTM, Operations, Research, Product, and Engineering. You will build and optimize interview loops, scale candidate pipelines, design tracking metrics, and partner closely with leadership to define long-term hiring strategy for a rapidly expanding AI safety startup.
