The Senior SEC Reporting Accountant will prepare financial statements and support public company readiness while reporting to the Financial Reporting Manager.
In this individual contributor role, you will lead the preparation of 10-Q, 10-K, and 8-K filings while building out external reporting processes. You will partner cross-functionally with teams like Legal, Tax, and FP&A to ensure robust SOX compliance and internal controls. This position is fully remote within the United States, excluding specific states.
