Ōura is looking for a Corporate FP&A Manager to drive the company's forecasting, annual planning, and financial reporting processes. This is a fully remote role within the US, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone.

In this role, you will become a subject matter expert in revenue and gross margin consolidated reporting, analysis, and insights. You will partner cross-functionally to evaluate financial impacts, support month-end close processes in collaboration with accounting, and identify opportunities to streamline and automate financial reporting. Additionally, you will play a key role in supporting the implementation of Oura's planning tool, Pigment.

What You’ll Bring

7+ Years of relevant finance experience
Strong proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience with planning tools such as Anaplan, Pigment, or Adaptive preferred
Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision of financial data
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate with people at all levels of the organization
Demonstrated ability to operate well with ambiguity and build things from scratch
