Oura is seeking a Revenue Accounting Manager to oversee retail revenue processes and lead a team in a fully remote role based in the United States.

In this role, you will lead the revenue accounting team, manage monthly and quarterly close activities, and partner with technical accounting to ensure ASC 606 compliance. The position requires a systems-oriented mindset to help scale retail revenue processes and provide analytical insights to leadership in a fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Bring

7+ Years of progressive accounting experience including revenue accounting and ASC 606
At least 2 years of direct people-management experience
Experience leading an accounting team's day-to-day execution and performance management
Retail accounting experience including retailer reconciliations and reserves
Strong working knowledge of ASC 606 implementation and operational execution
Ability to work independently and influence cross-functional stakeholders
