Airbnb is hiring a remote Policy Manager for Quality in the United States to lead policy development, set quality standards, and shape marketplace Trust & Safety rules.

In this role, you will define quality rules for guests and hosts, collaborate on the product systems that enforce them, and address fairness issues related to review and reputation frameworks. You will leverage data, research, and cross-functional partnerships with Product and Legal teams to mitigate risks at a global scale.

Exceptional writing, communication, and presentation skills
Fluency in data analysis and data-driven decision-making
