The Senior Recruiter will manage freelance recruiting and compliance, with an additional focus on permanent recruiting for consulting roles, while working remotely from anywhere in Germany.
In this role, you will oversee the end-to-end freelance procurement process, ensuring governance and compliance while managing Jira-based workflows. You will collaborate closely with sales and project management to secure external expertise, while utilizing your remaining capacity for permanent recruitment in consulting and sales departments.
