The Senior HR Lifecycle Specialist will manage employee exits and employee relations for clients in the EMEA region from Germany.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end offboarding processes, manage complex terminations, and provide first-level Employee Relations support to clients. You will work asynchronously to ensure legal compliance and process efficiency while leveraging automation tools to support global HR operations.
