3+ Years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Technical Account Management at a SaaS cybersecurity company
2+ Years managing a book of 25-30 customers with an average ARR of $200,000+
Demonstrated experience integrating generative AI tools into daily workflow
Solid understanding of cybersecurity concepts including endpoint, network, and cloud security
Strong data analysis skills to review performance metrics and identify trends
