The Lead AI Project Manager, CX will guide complex, customer-facing AI and GenAI software projects from initiation to closure, reporting to executive leadership. This is a fully remote role based in the United States.

In this leadership role, you will act as the primary client partner and drive roadmap alignment across technical, product, and AI/GenAI stakeholder teams. Responsibilities include managing project lifecycles, RAIDs, and escalations, while mentoring other project managers within the PMO to advance delivery best practices. You will ensure consistent communication with executive stakeholders and provide strategic direction for complex software delivery initiatives.

What You’ll Bring

8+ Years of project management experience leading complex, customer-facing software delivery projects
Proven experience managing full end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies
Experience delivering technical, SaaS, and AI/GenAI projects
Advanced proficiency in project management and reporting tools like MS Project, Salesforce, Rocketlane, and Power BI
PMP certification required
