Cohere is seeking a People Operations Manager to own data reporting, headcount metrics, and HR processes. This is a fully remote role focused on building robust HR reporting systems and HRIS management.
As a People Operations Manager, you will be responsible for defining and delivering critical HR data, including headcount, attrition, and cost analysis. You will collaborate with the HR Operations team during a global HRIS (Rippling) implementation to establish data integrity and streamlined reporting for leadership. This role requires a hands-on approach to both operational process management and strategic reporting.
