Cohere is seeking a People Systems and Automation Manager to streamline HR operations and build scalable workflows across their tech stack. This fully remote role involves redesigning employee lifecycle processes to minimize manual human intervention.
As a People Systems and Automation Manager, you will lead the redesign of HR processes at a scaling enterprise AI company. You will take ownership of the end-to-end employee lifecycle, building automations in Rippling and integrating them with Slack and Notion to remove manual effort. The role requires a hands-on approach to both process design and technical implementation within the HR Operations team.
