NICE is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to design and deploy agentic AI customer engagement solutions for enterprise clients in Australia.

This role involves architecting and delivering production-ready conversational AI agents that integrate with complex enterprise systems. You will lead the full AI agent lifecycle, collaborating directly with customers to solve high-priority business challenges while influencing the evolution of the company's AI platform and product roadmap.
