The Lifecycle Specialist will manage employee exits and provide first-level Employee Relations support for clients across the LATAM region, working in a fully remote capacity.
This role involves ensuring legal compliance during voluntary and involuntary employment terminations while delivering high-quality customer service. As part of the global Lifecycle team, the specialist will also provide guidance on employment laws, support workplace conflict resolution, and contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance the company's HR operational capacity.
