Director Global Benefits

Harvey is hiring its first Director of Global Benefits to lead strategy, plan design, and team growth across international markets in this fully remote role.

In this player/coach role, you will define the global benefits philosophy, manage renewals and open enrollment, and ensure local relevance for a rapidly expanding team across over a dozen countries. You will report to the Head of Total Rewards and collaborate across core departments to build a scalable and impactful benefits experience.
