Ashby is hiring an SMB Customer Success Manager in the US or Canada to manage onboarding and support for early-stage customers. This is a fully remote role focused on programmatic success, documentation, and project-based customer engagement.

As a member of the SMB Customer Success team, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of early-stage organizations, helping them master hiring workflows through programmatic support. You will be responsible for developing scalable onboarding resources and leading operational projects, such as building in-app experiences and webinar series, to ensure client retention and success.
