Technical Consultants at Ramp act as a bridge between commercial customers and internal technical teams to design and scale financial infrastructure solutions. The role is fully remote.
In this role, you will partner with Customer Activation and Account Management teams to prioritize and build financial solutions for Ramp's high-growth customers. You will serve as the technical subject matter expert, guiding integrations with ERP and HRIS systems to ensure successful onboarding and continuous value realization. By collaborating with Product, Design, and Engineering teams, you will help shape the product roadmap based on real-world customer implementation patterns.
