Veeam Software is seeking a Sourcing Manager to lead procurement initiatives for a remote role based in the United States.

As a Sourcing Manager, you will lead end-to-end sourcing events, negotiate commercial agreements, and drive operational excellence across spend categories. You will partner with cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders to optimize supplier performance and mitigate risk while ensuring procurement compliance.

What You’ll Bring

Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, Finance, or related field
5+ Years of progressive experience in strategic sourcing or procurement
Demonstrated success leading sourcing events, supplier negotiations, and contract management
Strong analytical skills to interpret spend data and performance metrics
Proven experience using eSourcing platforms such as Coupa
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
