Lead the internal events strategy for GitLab's fully remote workforce, focusing on high-impact virtual assemblies and occasional in-person summits. This role is strictly for residents of the United States.
As a Lead Internal Events & Production Strategist, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of GitLab's internal touchpoints, including company-wide assemblies and virtual gatherings. You will work within the People Communications and Engagement team, partnering with senior leadership to design inclusive experiences that support a distributed global workforce. The role requires proactive project management and a focus on scalability and ROI in an asynchronous working environment.
