Parity is looking for a Chief of Staff for Engineering to act as the Founder's technical right hand and drive organizational alignment globally. The role is fully remote.
As Chief of Staff, you will bridge the gap between the Founder's vision and team execution by managing priorities, driving cross-functional problem solving, and designing the leadership operating system. You will operate in a high-conviction, fast-moving environment where you define structure and long-term strategy for engineering initiatives across the company.
