Ping Identity is hiring a Senior Technical Account Manager for a 100% remote role within the United States. You will manage high-spend global accounts and consult on multi-product operational strategies.

As a key leader and Subject Matter Expert, you will bridge the gap between complex client business requirements and multi-vendor technical integrations. The role involves guiding large enterprise accounts, mentoring internal staff, and contributing to the refinement of AI-driven operational tools to improve service delivery.

Demonstrated ability to translate complex business requirements into technical strategies for executives
Strong mentorship and leadership skills
