Grafana Labs is hiring a Staff Backend Engineer to build AI-native context systems for enterprise observability, fully remote in the US or Canada.

As a Staff Backend Engineer on a new skunkworks initiative, you will design and implement core backend services for an AI-native data intelligence system. You will operate with high autonomy, working through ambiguity to build scalable SaaS infrastructure while partnering across product and infrastructure teams to deliver high-quality, production-grade AI solutions.
