Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff AI Engineer for their 2nd Horizon initiative to build observability-focused AI solutions within the UK.

As a Staff AI Engineer, you will lead the development of AI-powered features for a high-autonomy skunkworks team. You will build and iterate on LLM-powered workflows, manage large datasets, and integrate agentic components, ensuring scalable and production-grade solutions for users.
