Grafana Labs is seeking a Staff AI Engineer to develop AI-driven observability features, exclusively for candidates based in USA time zones.

The Staff AI Engineer will focus on building high-performance AI features, including agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management. You will work within an autonomous, cross-functional team to experiment, prototype, and scale production-ready AI solutions that improve infrastructure observability.
